A custom diet, workout and home recovery will all be asssesed and adjusted monthly to keep the client on track to their target goals. These goals are not only to build the physique but fitness tests are also given to asses the fitness level and overall health of the client. Because it is a custom program, this is great for any fitness-leveled athlete from ladies fresh from post labor to the professional athele preparing for the upcoming season of competition.
